Airport Transfers

For direct transfers from Narita Airport there are 2 options. If you would like a booking on one of them please do not hesitate to ask. We will be more than happy to book and confirm the reservation for you.

The Hakubus Shuttle offers a direct bus service from Narita Airport to the Hotel. It is timed to meet evening flights arriving at Narita Airport between 3PM and 7PM (8PM on Tuesdays and Wednesdays).
The bus departs Narita Airport at 8PM or as soon as all passengers are accounted for, and arrives in Hakuba at about 1AM.
A free drop off service at accommodation is included in the price.

You can also use this service to get back to the airport for your return.
Buses leave Happo Bus Terminal at 10:30AM, arriving in Tokyo at 3PM, and then on to the airport for a 5PM arrival.

Fare is 9,900yen per adult, or 7,500yen per child. Infants under 4 are free of charge.

The other option is a Shared Taxi from the either Narita Airport or Nagoya's Centrair Airport. The driver will meet you in the arrival lobby with a small placard with your name on it. One the taxi is has all it's passengers then it departs for Hakuba.

Fare is 12,600yen from Narita Airport to Hakuba, or 13,650yen from Centrair Airport to Hakuba.
