At Alpine Chalets we are proud to offer what we consider to be the best customer service in the Hakuba Valley. All your needs are taken care of from the day you arrive.

Pick Up Service

No matter what time of the day or night you arrive, we'll have someone on stand by to pick you up and check you in.

Our free pick up operates from Hakuba station or Happo Bus terminal.

On arrival, give us a call and we'll be there within 10 minutes. Or if you let us know in advance which bus or train you'll be on, then we'll have some one waiting for you.

Stocking Up

Firstly, the following are provided for all guests, so don't bother bringing these things as it will make your luggage heavier:

Bed Linen
Towels (face towels and bath towels)
Shower Mat
Shampoo & Conditioner
Soap
Dish Washing Liquid
Wash Clothes
Toilet Paper

Secondly, we run supermarket shuttles every Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings at 17:15. Our 20 seater bus will stop by the Chalets and anyone who wants to head off to the supermarket can jump on board. We'll drop you off at the Jusco supermarket, and be back to pick you up an hour later. This is a free service.

Information

All Chalets are stocked with the latest tourist information. The latest wining and dining info, shuttle bus time tables, and event details will be at your fingertips.

Drop Off Service

All good things must come to an end, and when you are ready to check out, we'll run you down to the station, or bus terminal.
If you need accommodation in Tokyo or other parts of Japan, then pop over to our office and we'll help you book something that meets your budget.
Our staff will be more than happy to assist with any other travel and transport information you need.
