What we can do for you
  • On Arrival
    On arrival in Hakuba, we will pick you up from either JR Hakuba Station, Happo Bus Terminal or the new Hakuba Base Camp facility in Echoland. If you let us know in advance which train or bus you'll be on then we'll have soneone waiting for you.
    As per Japanese regulations, we will need to take a copy of each persons passport (for express check in please email these to us in advance).

  • Ski / Board Rentals
    We can arrange Ski and board rentals on arrival using reputable local suppliers.

  • Lift Passeses
    Hakuba Valley Lift Passes can be pre purchased and waiting for you when you check in, or can be purchased on arrival. Please contact us for details.

  • Stocking Up
    On arrival we will be happy to shuttle you to a local supermarket to purchase food and other supplies.
    After the inital shuttle, there are scheduled runs on Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings. Guests will be informed of the times at check in.

  • Information
    All units are provided with information packs detailing shuttle bus timetables, wining and dining information, and other relevant info.

  • Office Hours
    Our on-site office is open from 7AM - 10AM and 3PM - 6:30PM. For assistance outside of these times please call Hakuba Base Camp on +28-261-75-5360

  • Check Out
    At the end of your stay, we will be happy to drop you off at either of the main bus terminals in town or at JR Hakuba Station.
    Please let us know 24 hours before departure of your plans so we can have someone standing by to assist you.
  • Cleaning
    No cleaning services are provided during the course of the stay. Guests are responsible for leavnig the units in a clean state.

  • Supplies
    A small amount of toilet paper is provided at the beginning of the stay. Guests must replenish at their own cost.
    Linen and towels are provided, however personal items such as Shampoo, Condtioner, Soap etc must be provided by the guest.
